How GetMusic collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our site.

This policy applies to getmusic.com.tr ("GetMusic", "we", "our"), operated by GET MEDIA Entertainment Business Solutions. GetMusic is an editorial music discovery platform. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

4.2 Music data providers (TheAudioDB, Last.fm, MusicBrainz)

GetMusic fetches music metadata from these APIs on the server side. They do not collect data from your browser when you visit GetMusic. For their own privacy policies, please consult their websites.

4.3 Advertising management (getbanner.com.tr)

Advertising on GetMusic is managed via getbanner.com.tr, an internal platform of GET MEDIA. Advertising partners may use cookies and pixels as disclosed in their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Server logs and aggregate analytics are retained for the period necessary to detect abuse and meet legal obligations, typically no longer than 24 months. Email correspondence is retained for the duration needed to support the inquiry and our legitimate record-keeping.
