About The Doors
The Doors was an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1965, consisting of vocalist Jim Morrison, keyboardist Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger, and drummer John Densmore. The band became known for its distinctive sound, Morrison’s lyrical style and vocal delivery, and the group’s association with the 1960s counterculture. They also attracted attention for Morrison’s stage behavior and various legal controversies. The band took its name from the title of Aldous Huxley's book "The Doors of Perception"
