About Stone Sour

Stone Sour was an American rock band formed in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1992 by vocalist Corey Taylor and drummer Joel Ekman. The band performed for five years before disbanding in 1997. It reunited in 2000 and remained active until entering an indefinite hiatus in 2020. Since 2015, the lineup consisted of lead vocalist Corey Taylor, rhythm guitarist Josh Rand, drummer Roy Mayorga, bassist Johny Chow, and lead guitarist Christian Martucci. Former members included Joel Ekman
