Slayyyter

Slayyyter (born Catherine Grace Garner on September 17, 1996, in Kirkwood, Missouri) is an American singer and songwriter known for her work in pop and hyperpop, often incorporating aesthetics inspired by late 1990s and early 2000s popular culture. She attended the University of Missouri for one year before leaving to pursue a music career full-time. She began releasing lo-fi, 1980s-inspired material on SoundCloud under the name Slater before adopting the name Slayyyter in 2018.
