Shinedown

Shinedown is an American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 2001 by vocalist Brent Smith following the dissolution of his previous band, Dreve. Smith, who remained under contract with Atlantic Records, assembled an initial line-up consisting of Jasin Todd on guitar, Brad Stewart on bass, and Barry Kerch on drums. After a series of line-up changes in the late 2000s, the group stabilised with Smith and Kerch alongside Zach Myers on guitar and Eric Bass on bass.
